Maria Guadalupe Silvas, 93, passed away Thursday, May 3, 2012. Mrs. Silvas was preceded in death by; grandson, Joe Silva; sons, Manuel Silvas, Trinidad Silva and Jose Silva and daughter-in-law, Elisa Silva. She is survived by; children, Maria Elena Silva, Sylvia (Joe) Hernandez, David (Pam) Silvas; daughters-in-law, Olga Silvas and Kina Silva; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; nieces, nephews and other family members. Mrs. Silvas will be greatly missed by all her family and friends. Visitation will be Sunday, May 6, 2012 from 4pm to 9pm at Nieto Funeral Home & Crematory with a Rosary recited at 7pm. Funeral services will be held Monday, May 7, 2012 from Nieto Funeral Home & Crematory to St. Joseph Catholic Church. Holy Mass will commence at 9:00am. Interment will follow in the Calvary Catholic Cemetery. Pallbearers will be: Jesus Silvas, Jorge Silva, Trinidad Silva, Jr., Gerardo Saucedo, Sr., Gerardo Saucedo, Jr., Jesus Burato, Dean Silva and Norberto Silva.
