Obituary For Martin Garcia,

Martin Garcia, Jr., 75, entered into eternal rest on Saturday, May 22, 2010. Mr. Garcia worked for the City Of Laredo Street Dept for 19 years and at the B-29 Club, a sports bar, as a bartender for 15 years. Also he was employed by L.I.S.D. for 15 years at Milton Elementary School as a custodian. He served as a security officer for Pinkerton and R&R Security Companies. Mr. Garcia was preceded in death by his grandchildren; Ethan J. Garcia and Esmeralda Garcia, brothers and sisters; Pedro Garcia, Guadalupe Garcia, Evangelina Valdez and Dominga Pachuca. He is survived by his wife; Rosa Maria Garcia, sons; Juan M. (Janie) Garcia, Jose M. Garcia, Javier (Marina) Garcia, Mario A. (Simona) Garcia, Jorge Garcia, Agapito Garcia, Ricardo Garcia and Roberto (Esmeralda) Garcia, daughters; Maria T. (Jesus, Jr.) Carrillo, Yolanda (Johnny II +) Cordova, Elizabeth Y. (Gilberto) Garcia, Claudia Y. (Victor) Trejo and Rosalinda Jacob, 34 grandchildren, 21 great great-grandchildren, brothers and sisters; Jesusa Martinez, Manuel Garcia, Gilberto Garcia and Ninfa Garcia. Visitation will be Tuesday, May 25, 2010 from 4 pm to 9 pm at Nieto Funeral Home & Crematory with a rosary recited at 7 pm. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, May 26, 2010 from Nieto Funeral Home & Crematory to San Martin de Porres Catholic Church. Holy mass will be celebrated at 9 am. Interment will followed to the Calvary Catholic Cemetery. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Nieto Funeral Home & Crematory, 802 Coke St.
