Marvin William Weaver, 91, entered into eternal rest, Thursday, December 28, 2023.

Marvin served his country proudly for over 35 years of service in the U.S. Navy as a Command Master Chief.

He is preceded in death by his beloved wife, Paz Weaver; parents, Leonard Baker Weaver & Madeline Catherine Altkens.

Marvin is survived by his brother, Ted Weaver; stepchildren, Dolores Aguilar, Tomas (Maureen) Aguilar, Roberto (Meranda) Aguilar, Daniel Aguilar, Fernando (Karen) Aguilar, Rosario (Ezequiel) Cruz, and Felicidad Guerrero; nephew, Craig Weaver; as well as numerous other family and friends who will greatly miss him.

The family will be receiving condolences on, Friday, January 5, 2024, at Nieto Funerals & Cremations from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm.

Military Honors will be provided by American Legion Post 59 of Laredo and Presentation of the U.S. Flag will be provided by the U.S. Navy Honor Guard at 5:45 pm.
