Mauro M. Delgado, 75, passed away Tuesday, November 7, 2007. Mr. Delgado was a loving father and grandfather. He is survived by his beloved wife of 52 years of marriage, Olivia R. De Meza, children: Dora M. (Jose R) Aranda of Laredo, Mauro (Maria) Meza of Laredo, Maria Nely (Guadalupe) Mauricio of Laredo, Raul (Maria de los Angeles) Meza of Laredo and Alma (Santos) Gonzalez of San Antonio, 19 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren, brothers and sisters: Juan Antonio Meza, Isabel (Jesus) Avila, Lilia Verastiges, Vicente (Trinidad) Meza, Paulina Meza and Ramon (Juanita) Meza all of Laredo. Visitation will be Thursday, November 8, 2007 from 4pm to 9pm at Nieto-Dickey Funeral Home. A rosary will be recited at 7pm. Funeral services will be held Friday, November 9, 2007 from Nieto-Dickey Funeral Home to Our Lady of Guadalupe Church. Holy Mass will be celebrated at 8:30 am. Interment will follow to the Calvary Catholic Cemetery. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Nieto-Dickey Funeral Home, 802 Coke St.
