Mia Maria Juarez, age 4, was granted her angel wings on February 4, 2014. Her final days were spent surrounded by family that Mia had touched in some way throughout her short, yet very memorable life. Although she was so tiny and frail, she gave us all such courage and hope and reminded us of the preciousness of life. Mia is survived by her loving parents, Arturo and Mirna E. Juarez; brother Gerardo Arturo Juarez; paternal grandparents Arturo and Maria Teresa Juarez; maternal grandparents Angel and Celia Mez; uncles Juan Angel (Lorena) Meza and Jorge Eduardo (Rocio) Meza; aunt Cynthia (Eduardo) Martinez; as well as other family members. Mia Maria will be greatly missed by all her family. A visitation will be held on Thursday, February 6, 2014, from 4:00pm to 8:00pm at Nieto Funeral Home and Crematory where a prayer service will be held at 6:30pm. Funeral services will be on Friday, February 7, 2014, from 7am at Nieto Funeral Home. A chapel service will be held at 9am. Interment will follow immediately to the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
