Norma C. Salinas, 59, entered into eternal rest Thursday, June 13, 2013. Mrs. Salinas was a CCD teacher at San Luis Rey Catholic Church for many years and passionately served the Lord. She is preceded in death by her children: Herlinda Salinas and Ernesto Salinas, father: Luis Cruz, mother: Dominga Pena and sister: Gloria Hernandez. Mrs. Salinas is survived by her beloved husband Pablo Salinas, Jr. of 40 years of marriage, her loving children: Deborah (Dennys) Mendoza and Jessica Marie (Javier Castillo) Salinas, grandchildren: Sahara Nicole Castillo and Alexia Eloise Mendoza, siblings: Alicia Perez, Juan Luis Cruz, Rolando Cruz and Armando Rey Cruz, sisters-in-law who are her dearest friends: Celsa Guadalupe Escamilla and Virginia Cruz. Visitation will be Sunday, June 16, 2013 from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm at Nieto Funeral Home & Crematory with a holy rosary recited at 7:00 pm. Funeral services will be held on Monday, June 17, 2013 from Nieto Funeral Home & Crematory to San Luis Rey Catholic Church. Funeral mass will be celebrated at 8:30 am.
