Osvelia C. Garcia, 79, passed away Sunday, September 21, 2008. Mrs. Garcia was preceded in death by her husband; David Garcia. She is survived by her beloved children; Graciela (Henry) Trujillo, Manuel David (Dubie) Garcia, Sandra (Toribio) Figueroa, Rosa O. (Danny) Rankin, Luis F. (Maria Guadalupe) Garcia, Armando (Katya) Garcia, Edna Garcia and Maria Leonor (John) Medellin, 32 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren, 4 sisters, 2 brothers, numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Visitation will be Wednesday, September 24, 2008 from 4 pm to 9 pm at Nieto-Dickey Funeral Home with a rosary recited at 7 pm. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, September 25, 2008 from Nieto-Dickey Funeral Home to St. Joseph Church. Holy mass will be celebrated at 9 am. Interment will follow to Guerra Cemetery in Guerra, Texas. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Nieto-Dickey Funeral Home, 802 Coke St.
