Patricia D. Ruiz, 88, entered into eternal rest Monday, March 7, 2016. Mrs. Ruiz is preceded in death by her husband, Jose Guadalupe Ruiz Jasso; parents, Pedro (Paula) De Leon; sister, Anita D. Castillo; nephew, Theodore Castillo and brother, Pablo De Leon.

She is survived by her daughter, Martha Emma (Mario) Lopez; grandchildren, Eric (Ana M.) Hinojosa, Martha Laura (Noe) Hernandez, Maria Alberto (Cynthia) Lopez, Ernie Ezekiel Lopez; great grandchildren, Matthew Hinojosa, Ashley Ann Hinojosa, Megan Laureen Hernandez, Nathan Hernandez, Mario Alberto Lopez, Karla Aileen Lopez; brother, Benito De Leon; as well as other family members and friends. Mrs. Ruiz will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

Visitation will be held Thursday, March 10, 2016, from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm at Nieto Funeral Home & Crematory where a Rosary will be recited at 7:00 pm. Funeral services will be held Friday, March 11, 2016 from the funeral home to Holy Redeemer Catholic Church. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 am. Interment will follow immediately in the Calvary Catholic Cemetery. Pallbearers will be: Mario Lopez, Mario A. Lopez, Eric Hinojosa, Ernie Lopez, Noe A.
