Pedro Contreras, 88, entered into eternal rest Friday, October 6, 2017. Mr. Contreras is preceded in death by his wife; Felicidad Contreras, daughter, Juanita Leticia Cardenas, son; Jesus Pedro Contreras, parents; Candelario & Felicidad Contreras and sister; Esther Ramos.

He is survived by his, children; Magdalena Martinez and Jorge Luis Contreras; 17 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; 1 great-great grandchild; brothers, Refugio (Virginia) Contreras, Marcelino Contreras and Francisco (Mary) Contreras; sisters, Angela Medina and Rita Hernandez; as well as nieces, nephews, other family members and friends that will greatly miss him.

Visitation will be held Sunday, October 8, 2017, from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm at Nieto Funeral Home & Crematory where a prayer service will be held at 7:00 pm. Funeral services will be held Monday, October 9, 2017 at Nieto Funeral Home & Crematory. A chapel service will commence at 10:00 am. Cremation services will be held at a later date.
