Rafael "Rifle" Soliz, 51, passed away Saturday, June 25, 2011. Mr. Soliz was preceded in death by his father; Jesus D. Soliz and brother; Alfredo Soliz. He is survived by his children; Rafael Soliz, Jr., Irasema Soliz, Heberto Soliz and Israel Soliz, mother; Maria Ofelia Soliz, grandchild; Quentin Soliz, brothers, sisters, numerous relatives and friends. Funeral services will be Wednesday, June 29, 2011 with visitation starting at 8am. Chapel service will be officiated at 11am by Pastor Everardo Cavazos. Interment will immediately follow to the Calvary Catholic Cemetery. Pallbearers will be; Jesus, Roberto, Rolando, Richard, Carlos and Rafael Soliz, Jr. Funeral arrangements are in the care of Nieto Funeral Home & Crematory, 802 Coke St.
