Ramiro Rodriguez, age 76, passed away on Saturday, March 10, 2007. He loved his hobbies, which were fishing and hunting. He is survived by his wife of 16 years, Ana Maria Rodriguez from Laredo, TX; his sons, Ramiro (Rosa) Rodriguez, Jr. from Chicago and Mario Alberto (Maria) Rodriguez from Laredo, TX; daughters: Rafaela (Oscar) Cruz from Ft Worth, TX; Martha (Jesus) Vedia from Ft. Worth; Marissa (Ignacio) Salinas from Laredo, Tx; Luz Mayela Rodriguez from Laredo; Araceli Maldonado from San Antonio; Also survived by his sister, Isabel (+Jose Angel) Garcia from Laredo, TX, and twenty-three grandchildren and 30 great-grandchildren. His daughter, Adelaida Ramos precedes him in death. Visitation will be held Monday and Tuesday, March 12, & 13, 2007, from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with a rosary recited on Tuesday, March 13, 2007, at 7:00 p.m. at the Nieto-Dickey Funeral Chapel. A funeral mass will be celebrated on Wednesday, March 14, 2007, at 10:00 a.m. at Nuestra Senora del Rosario. Interment will follow at the Catholic Cemetery.
