Ramon Gomez, 74, passed away Sunday, November 16, 2008. Mr. Gomez is survived by his wife of 48 years of marriage Carmen Gomez, children; Miguel Ramon (Martha) Gomez, Miguel (Claudia) Gomez, Veronica (Israel) Flores, Jessica Gomez, Herminia Yolanda (Jose) Sanchez, Rosa Maria (Ricardo) Morales, Arturo Gomez, Claudia Garcia and Melissa (Jaime) Estevis, grandchildren, Timothy, Samantha, Israelito, Lilliana, Stephanie, Gerry, Katy, Manuel, Christine, Joey, Priscilla, Ricky, Liz, Arturito, Jr., Pete Ray, Jessie, Cristopher, and Jaimito; brothers and sister, Nelson Gomez, David Carreon, Reymundo Soliz, Ricardo Gomez, Ivan Gomez and Josefina Soliz. Visitation will be Tuesday, November 18, 2008 at Nieto Funeral Home & Crematory from 4 pm to 9 pm with a rosary recited at 7 pm. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, November 19, 2008 from Nieto Funeral Home & Crematory to San Luis Rey Church. Holy mass will be celebrated at 8:30 am. Interment will follow to the City Cemetery. Pallbearers will be; Miguel Ramon Gomez, Arturo Gomez, Nelson Gomez, David Carreon, Ricardo Gomez, Ivan Gomez and Miguel Gomez.
