Ramona Tovar, 79, passed away Saturday, July 5, 2014. Mrs. Tovar is preceded in death by her husband: Leonides Tovar, parents: Juan and Maria de Jesus Chavez and brothers: Luis Chavez and Marcos Chavez. Left to cherish her memory are her children: Clara (Antonio) de la Torre, Martina (Jose) Hernandez, Francisco Ovalle, 8 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren as well as nieces, nephews and other family members and friends. Visitation will be Thursday, July 10, 2014 from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm at Nieto Funeral Home & Crematory with a rosary at 7:00 pm. Funeral Services will be Friday, July 11, 2014 from the Funeral Home to Mother Cabrini Catholic Church where a Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11:00 am. Interment will follow to the City Cemetery. Pallberers will be: Jose Hernandez, Francisco Ovalle, Oscar de la Torre, Gabriel Chavez, Juan Chavez and Roberto Sanchez.
