Roberto Rivera, 79, entered into eternal rest Monday, September 7, 2015. Mr. Rivera is preceded in death by his sons, Roberto Rivera and Javier Rivera. He is survived by his; children, Juan (Dora) Rivera, Luis Manuel Rivera, Maria Alicia Rivera and Yolanda Rivera; sisters, San Juanita (Teodoro) Treviño, Irma Ramirez and Alicia (Jose Gilberto) Ramos, Sr.; 12 grandchildren; as well as nieces, nephews, other family and friends. Mr. Rivera will be greatly missed. Visitation will be held Thursday, September 10, 2015, from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm at Nieto Funeral Home & Crematory where a rosary will be recited at 7:00 pm. Funeral services will be on Friday, September 11, 2015, from the funeral home to San Luis Rey Catholic Church where a funeral mass will be celebrated at 10:00 am. Interment will follow immediately in the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
