Rodrigo Torres, 84, passed away on Thursday, May 16, 2013, in Laredo, TX. Mr. Torres is survived by his children: Ramiro (Rosa) Torres, Rosario (Fred) Flores and Roberto (Enedina) Torres, his sister: Dora Elia Tovar and Numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
