Rosa Maria Velazquez, 59, entered into eternal rest, Tuesday, September 18, 2018. Mrs. Velazquez is preceded in death by mother; Bernarda C. Gomez, son; Andres Martinez, stepfather; Jose Guadalupe, Sr., grandmother; Eusebia B. Martinez and grandfather; Juan Martinez.

She is survived by her children; Monica Vasquez, Isabel (Jesus) Mata, Juan Francisco (Krystal Ann) Luna and Juan Jesus (Vanessa) Luna; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren, father; Ruben Martinez, siblings; Guadalupe Ramos, San Juanita Rivera, Margarita (Juan) Reyes, Ruben M. Cardenas, David (Carmela) Martinez and Jose Guadalupe (Eloisa) Gomez; as well as nieces, nephews, other family members and friends that will greatly miss him. Family wishes to extend their gratitude to all the staff of Nurses on Wheels.

Visitation will be held Saturday, September 22, 2018, from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm at Nieto Funeral Home & Crematory . Cremation service will be held at a later date.
