Rosa Retana, 96, passed away on Saturday, September 3, 2011. Mrs. Retana was preceded in death by her husband, Julian Retana. She is survived by; daughter, Juana R. Sanchez; sons, Antonio Retana and Emilio Retana; grandchildren, Patricia Hinojosa Retana, Paulina Maricela Argumedo, Rosa Thelma Retana, Maria Guadalupe Retana and Christina Sanchez.. Also other family members and friends. Family members will be receiving friends and family at Nieto Funeral Home & Crematory on Tuesday, September 6, 2011 from 5pm- 9pm with a rosary recited at 6:30 pm. Funeral services will be Wednesday September 7, 2011 with a chapel service at 10:00 am. Interment will follow in the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
