Sacramento Palacios Benavides, 71, entered into eternal rest on Friday, August 16, 2024.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Amparo Ruth Palacios.

Sacramento is survived by his children, Jose Sacramento Palacios, Amparo R. Palacios, Lizette Palacios, Sacramento Jeremiah Palacios; grandchildren, Paulina (Andrew J. Batey) Palacios, Jossua D. (Jaqueline Valadez) Palacios, Crystal K. Hernandez (Roberto A. Hernandez), Alessandra Palacios, Raul D. Villanueva, Abril A. Palacios, Keyla K. Villanueva; great-grandchildren, Jason G. Batey, Alexander J. Batey, Sofia A. Palacios, Sophia D. Palacios, Celeste A. Palacios, and Gianna V. Hernandez; brothers, Gerardo Palacios (Mary Palacios), Sergio A. Palacios, Juan M. Palacios (Genoveva Palacios); as well as other family and friends.

The family will be receiving condolences on Sunday, August 25, 2024, at Nieto Funerals & Cremations from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm. Funeral services will continue on Monday, August 26, 2024, at the funeral home chapel where doors will open at 8:00 am and a chapel service will start at 10:30 am. Interment will follow to the City of Laredo Cemetery.
