San Juana Hernandez, 73, passed away Thursday, November 14, 2013. Ms. Hernandez was preceded in death by her son, Tomas Almeida. Left to cherish her memory are her children, Martha Juarez, Elisa (Antonio) Almeida, Teresa (Gabriel) Alvarez and Jesus Almeida; her siblings, Lucy Hernandez and Dolores Hernandez; 14 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; her companion Andres Centeno; nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends. A visitation will be held on Monday, November 18, 2013, from 8am to 11am at Nieto Funeral Home and Crematory where a rosary will held at 9:30am. Cremation will follow at a later date.
