Victor Hugo Chapa, 36, passed away Sunday, May 2, 2010. Victor Hugo was preceded in death by his mother Yolanda M. Chapa. He is survived by his father, Javier Chapa; brother, Javier (Elva) Chapa, Jr.; sister, Raquel (Hector) Perez; nephews, Javier Chapa, III and Daniel Chapa; aunts; uncles; cousins; other relatives and many friends. Visitation was held Monday, May 3, 2010 with a rosary recited in the evening. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, May 4, 2010 from Nieto Funeral Home & Crematory to San Martin De Porres Church.
